Parklane Real Estate Services was established by Dora (Cline) Steed and Lee Meekcoms. For over 20 years each, their history covers property & HOA management, asset management and real estate acquisitions, from smaller properties to large communities with thousands of residents, and executive positions for privately held firms to a NY Stock Exchange listed company. Their leadership includes overseeing organizations of over 400 staff, training hundreds of people and featured speakers at real estate related events.

From apartments, mobile home parks, RV resorts, condominiums, and HOAs, they have a record of success in the management, purchasing and sales of hundreds of communities.
